Triangle Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates has been providing unmatched arthritis treatment to patients in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area for more than 20 years. In 1994, the practice was founded by Dr. Silvia Ross and Dr. Walter Chmelewski, both of whom share the common goal of helping people with rheumatic diseases by:
- Educating them on the symptoms and treatment of arthritis and rheumatic conditions
- Develop a treatment plan that is unique to them to relieve their pain and improve their overall functionality
As a result of our efforts, we have considerably slowed disease progression in our Raleigh-Durham patients.

Triangle Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates offers arthritis diagnosis and treatment services to patients in and around the NC Triangle, including those in Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Garner, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and the surrounding area. Located at 3101 John Humphries Wynd in Raleigh, NC, we are conveniently situated behind the Harris Teeter Shopping Center at Olde Raleigh Village.

In 1998, Dr. Sherry Sinclair joined our team with the abovementioned ideals. Our practice manager, Jennifer Diehl, has been with us since 2002, and Erin Siceloff, our Physician’s Assistant, who is an integral part of our ongoing care team, has been with us since 2008.
Our Raleigh, NC rheumatology physicians are experts in the field and have the training to help patients find the best way to treat arthritis and other rheumatic symptoms and pain. Whether you have arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or osteoarthritis, our Raleigh rheumatologists have experience treating more than 100 types of arthritis. We offer patients access to up-to-date diagnosis technology with our on-site bone density machine and IV infusion suite–and our new office provides a welcoming, comfortable setting for you to relax while figuring out the key to managing and lessening your joint pain.
